Absolutely! Pasco's Diwali Dinner & Dance is open to everyone. Members and non-members are very welcome to join us and celebrate Diwali together.
Yes, tickets must be purchased in advance. As this is a catered event with allocated seating, tickets will not be available to purchase on the door. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Smart and glamorous! Indian traditional or Western formal/party wear are both welcome - dress up, feel fabulous and enjoy the evening.
Your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival, starters and mains served at your table, followed by dessert with tea and coffee. And, of course, a fantastic evening of music, dancing and entertainment!
Yes. If you are attending with family or friends and would like to sit together, please email secretary@pasco.org.uk with the names of the people in your group. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests.
There will be both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options on the menu. If you have any food allergies, please email secretary@pasco.org.uk so that we can liaise with the caterer regarding your requirements.
Yes. Complimentary parking is available on site. Guests must enter their vehicle registration details at the hotel reception desk on arrival to ensure they are registered for free parking.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if the event is sold out and we have a waiting list, we may be able to offer your ticket to someone on the waiting list and arrange a refund if the ticket is successfully resold. Please contact secretary@pasco.org.uk if you are unable to attend.
Yes. The function room is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible. If you have any specific accessibility concerns, please contact secretary@pasco.org.uk before the event.
